Here shines Castelão, Fernando Pó´s moust famous grape variety, combined with cherry aromas from Merlot and flowery notes from Touriga. In the mouth it is engaging and full thanks to Tannat and Merlot, wtih spices, chocolate and smoked notes.
Aged 12 months in barrels, it as a silky tannins and long after taste.

Long fermentation in “lagar” vats, pumped 4 times per day with manual jet, temperature control, délestage. Aged 12 mounths in barrels from different botanical species and toasts.
