Winemaking
Fermented in stainless steel vats, the vast majority inoculated with LSA, fermentation temperature controlled, remontage by pumping over, manual spraying and delestage, bleeding is carried  out at a density of about 1000 and fermentation is finished in stainless steel tanks; monitored malolactic fermentation.

FERNÃO PÓ.WHITE

Vinho de mesa branco

Intense floral aroma wine with hints of white fruit and fresh grape, golden-yellow coloured. The white fruit dominates on the palate, with a hint o jam.

Full-bodied, balanced acidity and alcohol. Ideal with fish stews, codfish and coultry.

Vinho de mesa rosé

Wine with aromas of fresh red fruit, secondary aromas of biscuit. Rose-red coloured. Perfumed in the mouth

Lightness and pleasentness are its strengths. Medium acidity. Perfect as an apettizer and with grilled sardines
