Lots of fresh, vibrant and pleasant fruit. Intense and long finish. A bewildering wine that causes prejudices to fall. Great by it’s own, it matches well with a long range of foods, where red wine is advised.

Merlot (42%), Cabernet Sauvignon (30%),
Syrah (28%)

Terroir
Sandy Soil, mediterranic climate

Winemaking
Long fermentation in “lagar”, cap management by hand 4 times per day, , temperature control. Aged 12 months in new 300L barrels with 6 months in bottle.
