Every drop of this wine honors the passion of our founder, Aníbal da Silva Freitas. A delicate nose with mineral touch, proves complex and buttery in the mouth. An elegant match for the seasoned fish dishes and soft cheeses.

Terroir
Sandy soil, mediterranic climate

Winemaking
Fermentation with skins for 3 days in stainless steel vats, inoculated with LSA and temperature control. The entire process takes care to minimize oxidation.
